Anthony, the front desk guy, was so nice, helpful, and non-slimy about the business and storage unit. I’ve dealt with guys who try to upsell everything from overpriced locks, to more storage unit space - and it has turned me away from them. Not only did Anthony make the process to rent a storage unit seamless, but (as I said) was just a stand-up guy overall. No BS. No upsells. No being pushy. He was informative and helpful. I would recommend this storage unit place to ANYONE just from this experience alone.

I had spoke with Carol in CS to obtain a storage unit in Asheville, NC. To my surprise she gave me one in Utah. I have been trying to get my initial payment back and I have had the run around for a month. Everyone gives me the same answer that they have to get with their supervisor and will call me back. I had read good reviews but my experience has been horrible. I never signed up for Utah and still have been reimbursed for the initial payment made to my credit card. If I get my money, I will let you know.

The facility was neat and clean. The people that ran, the facility were very friendly and efficient. The space that we rented was easy to get in and out of. It was our understanding that after the three months introductory special that our rent would go up to $70. One month after the special ended our rent jump to $92 a month! I had not received an email indicating that they were going to raise the rent an extra $20. I called the manager and let him know. I had not received an email. Not pleased that they jumped our rent without notice. He said he would look into it.. I did not hear back but the next month our rent again was $92 so we decided to move our fifth wheel somewhere else.
