Great customer support. My wife and i ,love the staff and humility and gratitude they give us as customers. We truly feel good knowing that our property is in good hands. On top of the cleanliness and accommodations made for us to be Be able to manuver our camper and boat on the lot is big plus factor.We made the right choice picking max storage.And we wouldn't have it no other way......

We just took our trailer in to Max Storage in St George Utah today to store it for the winter. The manager, Jake, was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything and got us checked in quickly. No waiting!

Easy, hassle free online rental process. Received confirmation emails and texts, including specific directions for initial setup. Site was very clean, maintained, well lit, and had security cameras.Met some of the staff and they were very helpful and nice. Great place to store stuff!

Paperwork and finalizing with the office was relatively easy. I appreciate the rodent ridder but had to sweep out the rodent droppings left in the unit. It would’ve been nice to have my specific unit cleaned and ready rather than have to drive around to find one.

I have to praise Jake at Max Storage. He went way out of his way to help me get set up. We had a unique situation that required a little extra attention and he never hesitated to help us. He was patient and very professional. Jake is amazing!!

Good overall, until you leave. Apparently, CORPORATE has a problem returning deposits. I was told I should receive it within 30 days. Here we are at day 48 and nothing. Local manager is very pleasant and tries to be helpful but his supervisor is invisible and out of reach.

decent pricing. controlled entry. no #'s on spaces, just graveled lot (pretty deep gravel in several places), unless using enclosed or covered areas. need to find way to block your chosen spot if leave it open anytime

Seemed ok before, then changed management. I was worried they were going to jack up the price I was paying for my unit, but so far, it seems like they are honoring it. The buildings are all in good shape and the grounds are kept clean. I have no complaints. Recommended!

This storage facility is BRAND NEW and state of the art! I was paying almost as much to store my belongings in a run down storage unit development because there wasn't any units available anywhere else. This place is clean, sleek, has security, and is by far the nicest storage units in this area. I recommend 100%.
