I was able to secure a parking spot at the Elite RV Storage immediately over the phone for only $65.00 a month. Most of the other storage locations were either full or beyond my budget for an outdoor space for a 32 ft motorhome. I spoke with Kimberly and she extremely helpful. Thanks Elite!!!

Place is awesome, managers on site are very helpful and give you a lot of information, answer questions when asked. Great site and prices. Would highly recommend Elite RV storage in Nampa.

Money hungry owners! Rates go up every 6 mths. Owners WON'T fix the site internet or phone system so that your gate code actually works or the phone system actually go's through. Have rented a spot here for over a year and nothing improves. They just demand more money for crappy service. Kelly the Mngr is wonderful - but frustrated. They don't listen to her either. She's tried to fix the codes and phone multiple times.

I would not recommend using this storage facility. I was a customer for 3 years. Every year they raised the space rent. Most of the time I went to pick up my RV and could barely find it due to the amount of very large weeds covering it up. I was there for 3 days of the month they already took my $125 dollar payment for the month and they will not refund any of my money. Don't fall for the cheap first few months

Kellie and Kimberly did a great job and taking care of my U-Haul needs. They’re friendly, courteous, experience and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate them. This is the place to go if you need to rent a U-Haul or storage.

We were looking to have 2 flat bed utillity trailers that we haul side x sides with stored. After looking at several over priced storage facilities, we found Elite RV Storage in Nampa to be very reasonabley priced and provided a secure gated location. Kimberlee the Manager, was fantastic and addressed all of our needs. I would highly recommend anyone to use Elite RV storage, Especially those in the side x side community who can not keep their trailers at home.

Kellie the manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. She made our return process very easy and even went the extra mile to help us get the uhaul trailer off as well as inform us of all the services her business offers. Great and professional business!

15:55 26 Apr 26

I will not even give this company one star. When I first took my trailer there it cost me $90 a month, at the end when I had enough they were charging me $145 a month. Maybe a heads up would be nice. They only have a few cameras, so not that secure. At the price they charge people you would think they could grade there lot . It's pot holed everywhere. Weed control would also be a plus. On the other hand the staff on site are very good to work with. Also ther was a case last year that a gentleman was living out of his rv and they refused to do anything about. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CORPORATE COMPANY!!!

I recently had a unique situation where I was contracted by a 3rd party to tow out a vehicle that had been stored at the facility. The provided information for the gate code was bad and the customer wasn't answering the phone.Kellie, the store manager, was leaving the office for the day and saw my struggle.By providing the official documents and my ID, she contacted her district manager and granted me access.Kellie's polite and professional demeanor was very refreshing after a 7 hour drive from Coeur d'Alene. Not to mention just the good energy she put off and a couple jokes.I wouldn't hesitate and would feel completely comfortable storing my valuables at Elite Storage with her watching over. She is truly a good person. Which, sadly, has become increasingly rare these day.Kellie, if you read this, I wish you nothing but happiness, health and success. Thank you for being you.

19:52 23 Mar 26

The manager is so kind and helpful, but very hard to get ahold of. We would have to call non-stop and no voice message was ever returned. And emails went unanswered. We were locked out a whole weekend due to our code not working at the call center told us too bad. Would have been pretty bad had we wanted to go camping!!! Overall service was great when at the facility face to face. But communication after was very very hard.

DON'T EVEN TRY, to go to the Nampa, Idaho location. I made at least eight calls to this place. Never received a callback. How are you supposed to use their special "valet" service if you can't get them on the phone. I made about five call where I got ahold of some "call center", that knows nothing. They will tell you that they are messaging the management to get back to you, but crickets. Pay more money and get some service somewhere else.

Darcy was amazing. She was very thorough explaining things. She was also very understanding that this was my first time storing my travel trailer. Would recommend Elite and Darcy to anyone who needs to store a travel trailer or RV. I am updating my review to include Kelly? Forgive me if I forgot her name but she works on Saturdays and she helped me out last Saturday regarding an issue with my trailer. I work in customer service and I take it very seriously as to how I treat my customers and I felt that both Darcy and Kelly treated me like family. Both amazing people. ****I would have done a completely new review for Kelly however ot only would let me update it.****Kudos ladies!!!

Update: can I change it from 1 star to negative stars? It’s hilarious that the owner replies to my review and says they are sorry and to reach out. Well, that was a waste of time. Emailed them twice and still no response in almost a month. Kick rocks, Elite RV. I’ll continue to spread the word and let people know to stay away!Go anywhere but here! Horrible management! The only person that works on site is Darcy and she comes and goes as she pleases. They change their hours on a whim and never bother to update their website. Last time I went to pick up my trailer, their electronic keypad was broken and no one picked up the phone. I called their main line and got some random person in a different state that couldn’t even help me get in. It was the only time I could come get it so I had to cancel my trip. On top of that, they raised the rent Twice in 9 months and also managed to damage my trailer while it was parked there! Darcy told me they would check the cameras and investigate. The next day she tells me they won’t do anything and I need to file a police report and contact my insurance company if I want to get it fixed. This place is a nightmare! STAY AWAY!!

Very easy to set up storage. They will bring your RV out front for your pick up or put it away. And they also give you gate code access to pick up or put away if you forget to call ahead or need to get something out of your rv. Very convenient. Super responsive, always kind and professional. Highly recommend this place to store your RV, trailer, boat, utv, etc

Leave this place immediately! DM will throw local manager under the bus. My camper was left outside for 4 days. They said it was due to an injury, but I have texts for multiple times they didn't have a certified fork lift operator. Per contract they can change the hours, but need to communicate which they didn't. Last email of your hours changing was last November 2023.

*!*!*! UPDATE.*!*!*!!* I emailed them like they asked me to at my earliest convenience and here it is 2 months later and they still have failed to contact me, they had my number in the first place so why did they say for me to contact them? I'll tell ya why, cause they want you all to think they really do care and truth be told THEY DONT CARE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!I rented a space online, when I got to the facility I punched in my gate code that was sent to me with all my legal contract papers and the gate would not open, I text the number on gate as it says to do if any problems I get no reply so I call the number and no answer I call the regular number and get an answering company they give me the "master code" that they have and it doesn't work, I explain that I can't come back tomorrow I need to drop my vehicle off that night, they tell me to leave it parked outside the gate and their forklift will move it I said no I don't think so, so they get ahold of the manager or owner and they are on a plane and get ahold of the yard worker and said he would come open the gate, he never showed up I get a phone call from a lady that doesn't even work there and she remotely opened the gate, the spaces are not numbered so it takes us over 30 minutes to try and find where I am supposed to park at, fast forward a month and I go to get some things out of my vehicle and I again go through the exact same problem the gate code doesn't work, getting no replies from the number on the gate and no help from the answering service, I tell them I had a lady from Utah call me last time and was able to remotely open the gate, so that same lady called me again and bam the gate opened she finally set my gate code to a code that I wanted and before I left we made sure it worked, the next day the manager texts me calling me by a totally different name and said that the code worked just fine for her and at the same time she texts my wife confirming the code that I had set up the night before, I replied back that yes I'm the one that is having issues with the gate but I'm not the person she thought she was texting. She said that I told her in the office that I wanted this code that she tried that morning and again I rented online and never met anyone in person so again I'm not the person she thought but she was texting me and my wife, I am headed there now and we will see if the gate will open for me or not

We chose your facility on the recommendation of Bish’s where we bought our RV. It was a bit of a distance from our home but was a good facility that improved over time. It was a great place for our motorhome while we waited for something closer and with covered spaces to become available. Also, we had a mouse infestation over this winter, so when a covered space closer to our home became available, we decided to switch.
